• All images included in the publication can be found in the folder entitled “Images”

• All figures included in the publication can be found in the folder entitled “MATLAB figures”. Note these files can only be opened using MATLAB software available from MathWorks® (www.mathworks.com). All figure files were generated using MATLAB R2016b.

• All raw data used to generate the data in the publication can be found in the folder entitled “Raw data”. The measured data is in the form of Microsoft® Excel Worksheets whereas the simulated data is in the format importable on MATLAB software.
