The data in this archive relates directly to the figures as follows: - Figure 4A: enzyme storage conditions.csv contains the raw data associated with the amplification curves. column 1 is the time in minutes (x-axis of the figure) Columns 2-8 are the fluorescence values (arbitrary units, non-normalised) for each time of storage (in the header) - Figure 4B: enzyme storage summary.csv. There are 2 rows of headers. colum 1 is the storage time (in h) - x-axis column 2 is the average Ct value for storage at 4 degrees column 3 is the standard deviation of the Ct value for storage at 4 degrees column 4 is the average Ct value for storage at -20 degrees column 5 is the standard deviation of the Ct value for storage at -20 degrees column 6 is the average Ct value for storage at room temperature column 7 is the standard deviation of the Ct value for storage at room temperature
