This folder contains the data associated with the paper "Computational time-of-flight diffuse optical tomography". figs2&3: Raw data from the SPAD camera for each target object. Each file contains an ascii matrix of size 1024 x 1024. The first index denotes time-bin whilst the second denotes pixel number. Pixel indexing is linear and can be reshaped into a 32 x 32 array to obtain an image. Where no photon was detected the SPAD camera logs an event in the first timebin, users may wish to crop the data to remove this data from the histogram. The triangle object displayed at the bottom of fig2 was reconstructed from the same dataset as was used for fig3, with the triangle in position 2. Positions listed are in same order as the figure. Each folder contains 5 files - XXXX - measurement data with object and laser - XXXX_background - measurement data with object but no laser - XXXX_empty - measurement data with no object but with laser - XXXX_empty_background - measurement data with no object or laser - XX_snapshot_1slab - reference image obtained by removing the second diffusive slab, 32x32 array fig5: 4 subfolders, each contains ascii data in the same format as above for each postion of the two translation stages (0-4). The 32x32 reconstruction shown in the figure used position 2_2 data only. img file contains the 32x32 reference image described above - 1mm_2slab - measurement data with object and laser - 1mm_2slab_bg - measurement data with object but no laser - empty - measurement data with no object but with laser - empty_bg - measurement data with no object or laser fig6: 1 ascii matrix 117x2 in size. First column is time bin (in ns), second is the number of measured counts
