Dataset: Blood flow measurements using Airy-CKM Files: Supplimentary_videos.zip Raw_data.zip --------------------------------------------------- Supplimentary_videos.zip file contains the visualizations mentioned in the paper for Fig. 2 and Fig.4. Real_time_particle_tracking_3dpf.avi is shows both the raw video frames and the reconstructed tracer trajectories at the same time. SPIM_validation_3dpf.zip shows the superimposition of particle locations obtained with Airy-CKM and blood vessel walls imaged with SPIM. --------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------- RAW DATA Available on request: Rawdata.zip file contains raw data of blood flow measurements and results of SPIM validation. In_vivo_particle_tracking folder in the Raw_data.zip file contains the raw data of the in vivo blood flow measurements. The images were taken using the Airy-CKM method with a alpha=7 cubic phase mask. All these images were recorded with an Andor Neo sCMOS camera, the left half and the right half of the images were from the two different imaging channels. Raw_video_frames folder contains raw video frames taken at 26.5 fps of the microinjected tracer beads near the cloaca of a 3dpf zebrafish anesthetized with Tricaine and stablized in argrose. Data collected: 2017-04-22 Z_calibration_PSFs folder contains images stack aquired using a single fluorecent bead scanning near the nominal focal plane with 3.1um z step. Data collected: 2017-04-22 Two_channel_calibration data were taken with a single bead scanning across the whole field of view using a motorized xy stage. Data collected: 2017-04-22 --------------------------------------------------- SPIM_validation filder in the Raw_data.zip file contains both particle tracking result using Airy-CKM and SPIM image stack: Raw_video_frames_with_Airy_CKM folder contains raw video frames taken at 125 fps of the microinjected tracer beads near the tail of a 3dpf zebrafish anesthetized with Tricaine and stablized in argrose. Data collected: 2018-03-10 Z_calibration_PSFs_and_two_channel_calibration folder contains the calibation data including a z stack of PSFs (1um z step) and two -channel calibation data. Data collected: 2018-03-10 SPIM_image_stack_of_the_ROI.tif file was taken with the sample scanning along the optical axis with 1um step size using a piezo stage. The images were aquired with an Andor Zyla sCOMS sensor.
