This file contains the dataset for 
"Single-chip, Mid-IR Array for Video Rate Imaging"

The FTIR spectra data of all 4x4 pixels, as show in Fig2 in the paper, is included in Fig2_all spectra

The Electrical characterization results are included in NoiseSpec Respobsivity and Speed test accordingly

The raw data of plotted 4x4 and 8x8 images can be found in Fig4 4x4 image and Fig5 8x8 image files
