The date is divided in two folder: Simulations and experiment. The experimental folder represents the data for Fig. 2 - Fig.4. The simulation folder has the data for Fig. 5, Fig. 10 - Fig.14.

File with a name: data-IdVg-epx-all.dat -> the experimental data for Id-Vg curves presented in Fig.3 Use a text editor.

File with a name: experiment-data ID-VDs for 8nm Diameter.dat -> the experimental data for Id-Vd curves presented in Fig.4

File with a name: Simulations_150nm_VD_5mn_and_1.0V -> the simulations for 5nm and 1.0V for Fig.5

Files with names: Fig.10.agr, Fig.11.agr,  Fig.12.agr, Fig.13.agr and Fig.14.agr  ->  are the pictures made with XMGRACE program (http://plasma-gate.weizmann.ac.il/Grace/). Use this program to open the files or a text editor to see the data.
