Dataset: SPIM micro-PIV measurements Files: 3d_flow_zf_heart_3dpf.avi 2d_flow_z006_3dpf_zebrafish_atrium.avi 3d_flow_zf_heart_3dpf is a video of a full 3D flow in the atrium of a ~3dpf zebrafish heart, using OpenPIV results with SPIM imaging. Phase bin size = 0.2, z_step size = 8 microns. The vectors are scaled to the square root of their magnitudes (and hence the real maximum velocity should be the square of the value shown on the colorbar). File 2d_flow_z006_3dpf_zebrafish_atrium is showing a single plane (z = 48 microns) of the 3D video. RAW DATA Available on request: Folders: 3dpf zebrafish blood vessel - .zip file contains raw data and results of blood flow measurements using 2 different metrics in the zebrafish blood vessels. fRBCs express GATA:DsRed. ZF ~3dpf. Data collected: 2016-06-30 3dpf zebrafish heart - Folders in the .zip file contain raw data of a ~3dpf zebrafish heart imaged with SPIM in 3 channels (red, green and brighfield). Results include OpenPIV analysis as well as videos of the flow in the atrium. Data collected: 2017-01-11 50um tube flow - Folders contain raw data of 1.04 micron diameter fluorescent bead flow in a 50 micron diameter FEP tube at 0.5 and 1.0 micro-litre/minute flow rates, and results of OpenPIV analysis using BF and FLR imaging.
