Journal: Journal of Optics Summary: This folder contains all materials related to an experiment whereupon continuous real-time 3D video is obtained using a single spatial light modulator and 4 photomultipliers. Contents: This filing system is organised as follows: Data - Data acquired during the project. Folder 'Skull' contains the signals and associated patterns for reconstructing images of the scene(object-skull). Its subfolders contain the data when operating the system at different resolutions (32x32, 64x64, and 128x128) and various levels of 'compression'. The folder name indicates the parameters used, for example [x-axis/y-axis resolution]_[pattern_display_time]_[patterns_displayed]_[adaptivity (evolutionary algorithm)]_[collection number]. Folder 'ffmpeg' contains the files used for formating the video from .avi to .mp4. Media - Images, Videos and figures in this paper. Fig. S1 is the Real-time 3D video system setup. Fig. S2 contains the fast 3D reconstruction comparison of a static object with different resolutions. Fig. S3 contains the 3D imaging comparison with evolutionary compressed sensing. Fig. S4. is a sample of a compressed real-time 64x64 pixel resolution 3D video frames in 1 second. Fig. S5 is a sample of a 10-second 128x128 pixel resolution 3D video frames. Table 1 contains the relative RMS error comparison at 128x128 pixel resolution. Movie S1 is a 10s real-time zero-compression 64x64 pixel resolution 3D video. Movie S2 is a 10s zero-compression 128x128 pixel resolution 3D video. Movie S3. is a 10s real-time 64x64 3D video with 25% compression ratio. Movie S4 is a 10s 128x128 3D video with 25% compression ratio and y-axis auto-rotating. Programs - Relevant LabVIEW programs, used to operate the experiment and perform data analysis etc. The '3DControl.llb' file is for acquiring and display real-time 3D video. The 'Simplified.llb' file is an additional file which allows post-processing of the saved data, used in this instance for manipulating the perspetive of the 3D reconstruction.
