-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The files are split into folders as follows:

Final Paper - Contains the manuscript files which generated the final review version of the paper.
The LaTeX file, figures, bibtex file and compiled PDF are present.

Figure2 Files - Contains all of the code which produce the results in figure 2 as follows:

Figure 2 was generated using a computer simulation using Equation (5) from the manuscript and plotting the polarisation ellipse as outlined in the Supplementary Note 1. The computer simulation was written in LabVIEW 2014 and is contained within the .llb file as 'Theory_plotter.vi'.

Figure4 Files - Contains all of the data and code which produce the results in figure 4 as follows:

The folder is split into sub-folders which relate to the sub-figures. The 'structured_Polarisation.llb' file is a labview library with the code to reproduce the figures. To analyse a set of data, within this library there is a 'Data_Plotter.vi' file which takes raw data and converts to a polarisation ellipse image as outlined in Supplementary Note 1. The raw data is included in a sub folder and the images titled 'H.png', 'V.png' are the raw images for that base (the bases are outlined in Supplementary Note 1). Pointing the 'Data_Plotter.vi' program to those folders will produce the images seen in the paper.
This code also incorporates the Mueller matrix compensation detailed in Supplementary Note 2. This is done by directing 'Data_plotter.vi' to the correct Mueller Matrix, which is included as 'Mueller_Calc_NewNorm.csv' which has been calculated by the excel spreadsheet 'Mueller_Calc.xlsm'.
The theory images were produced following the procedure outlined for Figure2 Files above.

Figure5 Files - Contains all of the data and code which produce the results in figure 5 as follows:

The sub-parts of the figure are organised into their own folders, with (a) simply containing the raw data image, and a crop of it.
Parts (b) and (c) were produced by the same method outlined in Figure4 Files above.

Supp. Mat. - Contains the manuscript files which generated the final version of the supplementary material.
The LaTeX file, figures and compiled PDF are present.
