This folder contains the data underlying the article

Angle dependence data.ipynb
	Python Jupyter notebook used for processing the data, generating the data structures in "Wires params", and plotting the figures shown in the main text and supporting information. 
	Contains internal annotations and comments.

density_map_sim
	A folder containing simulated EELS maps for the nanowire (NW) cross-section model shown in the main text.

linetraces
	A folder containing magnetic phase shift measurements from oblique FEBID NWs, acquired from locations shown in the main text.

refined streams
	A folder containing f3ast stream files, used to fabricate the FEBID NWs.

Wires EELS
	A folder containing EELS maps of FEBID NWs.

Wires Holography
	A folder containing holograms and reconstructed phase maps of FEBID NWs.

Wires params
	A folder containing files created while processing the raw data. Stores composition, geometry, and magnetic parameters for each characterised NW.
