* phase\_5.3gfpstack.zip - zip file containing a single multipage tiff file of a 3D z-stack snapshot of the heart endothelium at diastolic phase of the heartbeat. Required for the render of the 3D heart structure. Produced using generate gfp zstack.py.
* phase\_10.0gfpstack.zip - equivalent z-stack snapshot at the systolic phase of the heartbeat.
* piv 1.zip (available upon request due to large file size) - zip file of the red channel z-stack images of blood cells acquired from the zebrafish heart:

  * Red - folder containing the fluorescent images stored as multipage tiff files, and plist files containing the image metadata.
  * Allied Vision Technologies GS650 DEV\_000F3101F61C - folder containing the bright field images for heart phase measurement.
  * ref-frames-2025-12-05-16.20.03 - folder containing the bright field reference sequence of the heartbeat.
