MFM-data: Folder1 named as Main text Figure 2 Contains the raw MFM data, MATLAB codes, and processed data used for Main text Figure 2 (a–e). Folder 2 named Main text (Figure 5) & SI (Figure 8 & videos) Contains the raw MFM data, MATLAB codes, and processed data used for Main text Figure 5, SI Figure 8, and SI videos. Micromagnetic-data: Folder "Figure4": Contains the svg figure and the raw micromagnetic data for the a-d panels. Folder "FigureS5": Contains the extraced diameters and the python script to generate the plot. XRR-data: Contains GenX readable .hx file containing the fitted model, python script to generate the figure, and XRR data (measured and simulated), fitted SLD distribution and fitted parameters in plain text formats.     TEM-data: Folder 'Fresnel': Contains the three Fresnel images presented in the SI in the original .dm4 format and as tifs. Folder TEM: Image in Fig 1b. Folder 4D-STEM-DPC: Contains the raw .mib files, which were processed using code referenced in paper. Details required for reconstruction: pixel size is 7.4 nm, probe semi-angle is 0.88 mrad, each dataset is a 256*256 scan with 1 pixel flyback. After the initial processing into deflections, the images were calibrated (using info above), balanced, residual descan removed then cropped. Holder tilt 20 deg. Local tilt determined to be 17 deg using pseudo-Fresnel tilt series of area inspected after experiment. Xray-data: Folder 'I(H) loops': Contains the two txt files of raw data (Co & Fe) and python script used for analysis and plotting Folder 'resonant SAXS: Contains the raw data of scattering patterns in Fig. 2 and used to make graphs in SI. Images are within entry1/instrument_1/detector_1/data in the hdf5 file. SQUID-VSM-data: Data used for Fig 1c as txt file. First column is applied field in mT and second column is moment in A/m2.
