Thesis: source files used to construct the thesis, including code to plot figures
Research_Journal: The research journal contains notes and analysis from my PhD organised by year, month (going from October to April), and weeks, but otherwise is rather unorganised.
Code: some code used during my PhD..

NOTE: VTK files, including device structures and 3D visualisations of charge and potential have been cut out to compress Research_Journal.
