Readme- Tetra Sleep Data

The data stored in this file is all the data collected from the experiment on Cardinal tetra performed under the project license PP2587075.

Data was collected in June and July 2023.

This data was collected manually from video files of cardinal tetra (Paracheirodon axelrodi) in different group sizes.
The data collected represents fish waking and sleeping data using a behavioural proxy.

Columns that start with numbers (1-9) represent data taken from just one hour of the night. 1 corresponds to 10pm, 2 to 11pm, 3 to 12am, and so on.
The column "average bout length" refers to waking bouts. 
The abbreviation "dur" is used in some columns- this refers to the duration of time awake.
