This data was collected in a user study of around 90min, investigated the influence of fast thermal changes on heart rate, self-reported anxiety levels with the STAI questionnaire and comfort ratings in calm and stressed states. We recruited 24 participants through email lists and an university online forum. The user study was conducted at the University of Glasgow and received Ethical approval there. The data collection here consists of heart rate mean data, STAI ratings and questionnaire data (and the converted comfort ratings as extra file), as well as the R project used for statistical evaluation and the html of the results of said statistical evaluation.
