This is the dataset for Mid infrared high-resolution photon-counting LiDAR manuscript. This includes wavelength-dependent characterisation data of a tungsten silicide superconducting
nanowire single photon detector from a wavelength of 1550 – 5438 nm alongside all data associated with the single-pixel scanning LiDAR at 3500 nm wavelength.  If there are any questions
