TPSF and Jacobian datasets used in the paper (Monte Carlo simulations).

-----Folder summary

MCX_data_2D_head_model:
Contains TPSF and Jacobian data from the 2D simplified head model (no CSF). Multiple anomaly depths and multiple S–D configurations included.

MCX_data_CSF_2D_head_model:
Same as above but for the 2D head model that includes a CSF layer.

MCX_data_3D_head_model:
3D model results. TPSF and Jacobian for four S–D positions and for several anomaly depths.

-----S–D ordering convention

Ordering of S–D pairs in files: traverse all detectors top → bottom, and for each detector traverse all sources.
(i.e. (D1,S1),(D1,S2),…,(D2,S1),…). See Fig. 1(a) in the paper for the geometry.

-----Notes

Each TPSF corresponds to one S–D pair, one anomaly depth, and one model geometry. Jacobians match the same conditions.

Simulation parameters and optical properties are described in the manuscript.
