this readme is for the dataset reposited with the university of glasgow team

the raw data deposited does not contain the opt-in for interview fields where participants had provided their email address to be cotnacted in future.
Row 2 contains the text of each question, while column names in row 1 (if opened in excel) are the coded question/field name
Responses show the text of the response which participants had selected where fields were close ended. For open-ended fields, responses are input freely by user.
Before running the code, please manually remove rows 2 (question text) and 3 (hashed interview name)

the columns are: 
StartDate = start date and time
EndDate = end date and time
Status = response type ("Survey Preview" is researchers, "IP Adress" is participants
Progress = response progress with 100 being complete
Duration = duration of response in seconds
Finished = completion (TRUE if complete)
RecordedDate = date and time stamp of completed response recording
ResponseId = unique and anonymous identity of response
DistributionChannel = channel through which response was invited and collected ("preview" for researchers and "anonymous" for participants who used the anonymous response invite link shared through Join Dementia Research)
UserLanguage = language of survey at user end ("EN" for English)
consent = user response (selection box) to the consent question

sfsis_na = introduction to sfsis. Where participants did not self-identify as stroke survivors, the field will be "this does not apply to me".

age = age group (single choice question with each option being a different age group)
sex = sex (female, male, would rather not say)
status = user identity as older adult, health care provider, care giver, or other
