Kidney exchange instances

This archive contains a number of kidney exchange instances.
The folder "generated300" contains 30 instances that are a JSON files
as described at
  https://kep-solver.readthedocs.io/en/latest/source/formats.html#input

The file "ConductingIKEPsimulations.ipynb" provides a step-by- step guide
to running simulations base on those in https://eprints.gla.ac.uk/355090/

The raw data from these simulations can be found in the files
"N3_Uneven_300_Updated2.xlsx" and "Updatedinstances300n3equal.xlsx".
