The CSV file contains the output across all 24 sensing elements in the sensor array. "Category" refers to the liquid class (mineral water, whisky, gin, vodka, white wine, beer). "SampleID" refers to the sample ID as indicated in the SI Table S3. The entry "water" is DI water. "Repeat" refers to the experimental replicate injection for a particular sample. Each sample was introduced to the chip on 3 occasions, with the measurement order randomised among all samples in that liquid class (i.e. MW_3 was injected + measured 3 separate times, for Repeats 1, 2, and 3). "Acquisition" is the technical repeat measurements for both the DI water and sample measured immediate after it. For every individual sample introduced, 10 readings were taken, one every 30 seconds, to capture any kinetic development of the fingerprint. Beer was the exception where 20 readings of samples were taken, one every 30 seconds, to account for the greater observed time-dependant interaction of beer with the surface of the chip "Acquisition_Time_HH_MM_SS" is the time of acquisition for each technical replicate, after injection (every 30 seconds starting at time 00:00). "ABV" is the reported "alcohol by volume" of the sample by manufacturer. "RI" is the measured refractive index in the laboratory. "shift_sensor_1" to "shift_sensor_24" is the calculated shift in response from averaged of all 10 technical replicates of DI water, of each element in the sensor.
