This dataset contains files in both Excel and Origin formats, related to the characterization of photodetectors based on Zinc Oxide (ZnO) nanowires.

Excel Files
The following files contain all the formulas used to calculate the figure of merit for the photodetectors:

PD_aligned_ZnONWs.xlsx – Data for photodetectors with aligned ZnO nanowires.
PD_random_ZnONWs.xlsx – Data for photodetectors with randomly oriented ZnO nanowires.

Origin Files
To view these files, you will need Origin software. These files contain figures from different characterization experiments:

PD_aligned_ZnONWs.opj – Electrical characterization figures for photodetectors with aligned ZnO nanowires.
PD_random_ZnONWs.opj – Electrical characterization figures for photodetectors with random ZnO nanowires.
Bending.opj – Electrical characterization figures for photodetectors with random ZnO nanowires under bending conditions.
Transmittance.opj – Figures from UV-Vis spectroscopy, showing the device’s optical transmittance.
