This folder contains acoustic and imaging data to accompany the following publication: Revisiting the subharmonic route to chaos: Broadband noise clearing via cavitation bubble synchronization Hilde Metzger, Yikai Zhang, Andrea Cammarano, Paul Prentice Please see this publication for details about the experimental setup and data analysis. Data for the main part of the paper: cts008B-2023-11-27-4Hz-ramp-15-5kHz_021.mat a matlab data file containing the raw acoustic data used for the analysis in the main part of the manuscript. Matlab will be needed to access and process this data. T_loop_Sync_Error_2D_fixBBSF*_CS.mat (*=1,2,5,100) matlab data file containing the raw numerical data used for the analysis in the main part of the manuscript at 4 different scaling factors. Matlab will be needed to access and process this data. High-speed_imaging_sequence_wholeSonication_fullFOV_20fps_playback.mp4 a video file of the high-speed imaging taken at 80,000 fps and saved with a playback of 20 fps. This imaging sequence corresponds with the above acoustic data. Further Acoustic data: cts008B-2023-11-27-4Hz-ramp-15-5kHz_009.mat cts008B-2023-11-27-4Hz-ramp-15-5kHz_012.mat cts008B-2023-11-27-4Hz-ramp-15-5kHz_016.mat cts008B-2023-11-27-4Hz-ramp-15-5kHz_022.mat These matlab files are the acoustic recordings other sonications with the same experimental setup to show that the drifting acoustic features vary with each sonication. These acoustic signals were used to create figure S1 in the supplemental material of the paper.
