The scripts in this repository are the input required by the ARTop code in order to reproduce the events detailed in "Photospheric signatures of CME-onset." 

In order to run a script, a copy of ARTop should be downloaded (https://github.com/DavidMacT/ARTop) and the chosen script should be renamed "read_data.txt", replacing the example one in the main directory. Each script requires its own version of ARTop.

The only other thing to change is the registered email in the script. This should be replaced with an email that has been registered with JSOC, see http://jsoc.stanford.edu/ajax/register_email.html.
