README for data supplement for Rapid amplification of cerebrospinal fluid pressure as a possible mechanism for optic nerve sheath bleeding in infants with non-accidental head injury Data copyright Peter Stewart, University of Glasgow Data produced using Matlab 2022 The data comprises three folders, spanning full_model/ Simulations of the full model with baseline parameters presented in the main text oscillatory/ Simulations of the model with an oscillatory input presented in the SI shorter_onsas/ Simulations of the full model with a shorter ONSAS (10mm vs 27mm in full_model) presented in the SI Each subfolder is named according to the ramping time T and driving pressure P, in the form temporal_dp_P_dt_T_.... Within each folder is a trace file trace.dat tracking the simulation. The data is arranged as: Col 1: time Col 2: pressure at first grid point (inlet) Col 3: pressure at second grid point Col 4: pressure at midpoint of ONSAS Col 5: pressure at sclera Col 6: fluid velocity at first grid point (inlet) Col 7: fluid velocity at second grid point Col 8: fluid velocity at midpoint of ONSAS Col 9: fluid velocity at sclera
