The folder contains all experimental data used to produce the figures in the article "Fluorescence Lifetime Hong-Ou-Mandel Sensing". In the following, we outline where the data can be found for each of the figures. Figure 2: "Individual measurements" folder. Multiple files corresponding to short exposure measurements of 50ms each. Each file represents a different "exposure number" however we note that experimentally the data was acquired by peforming all exposures at an individual stage deley before progressing to the next stage delay. Each file contains four columns of (1st) Translation stage position in mm (2nd) Single photon count rate at the first detector in s^-1 (3rd) Single photon count rate at the second detector in s^-1 (4th) Coincident count rate in s^-1 fig2a: Three columns containing (1st) delay in picoseconds (2nd) Measured normalised coincidences (3rd) Normalised coincidences from our model fit fig2b: Three columns containing (1st) delay in picoseconds (2nd) Measured normalised coincidences (3rd) Normalised coincidences from our model fit fig2c: Distribution of estimated lifetimes in picoseconds used to produce the histogram seen in the figure fig2d: Two columns containing (1st) Acquisition time in seconds (2nd) Estimated lifetime uncertainty in picoseconds Figure 3: Three files containing data for the different fluorescent samples. Each contains four columns of (1st) Translation stage position in units of "counts" from the translation stage. 40,000 "counts" is equivalent to 1mm. (2nd) Single photon count rate at the first detector in s^-1 (3rd) Single photon count rate at the second detector in s^-1 (4th) Coincident count rate in s^-1 Figure 4: a) Two files containing data for the two bandwidth filters. Each contains four columns of (1st) Translation stage position in mm (2nd) Single photon count rate at the first detector in s^-1 (3rd) Single photon count rate at the second detector in s^-1 (4th) Coincident count rate in s^-1 b) Two columns containing (1st) The pulse duration/lifetime (2nd) Visibility Figure 5: Three columns containing (1st) Viscosity in mPas (2nd) Lifetime in ps (3rd) Uncertainty in the lifetime in ps Figure S1: Four columns containing (1st) Temperature in Celcius (2nd) Uncertainty in the Temperature in Celcius (3rd) Lifetime in ps (4th) Uncertainty in the lifetime in ps Figure S2: Three columns containing (1st) Mean photon number (2nd) Experimental SNR (3rd) fit to Eq. S18. Note: this also uses a subset of the same data used to produce fig 2 of the main paper Figure S3: Figure S3 uses the same dataset as figure 2 in the main paper. Figure S4: Figure S4 uses the same dataset as figure 5 in the main paper.
