The folder contains the fsc files for the FCM analyses related to the study published in the paper with doi: https://doi.org/10.2166/aqua.2023.036
Each file refers to an FCM measuremet; the file name referes to the samples info as follow:
T-Sampling time followed by the hour of sampling (0,to 35h)
IN-is the culture media of the water (TX-IN is the negative control without inocula)
B,C,D-Stands for the inoculum used. B=TOP of the filter; C=middle of the filter; D=bottom of the filter 
The number at the end refers to the technical replicates n=3
