This data contain interview transcripts and survey results from three different groups of participants such as university managers, returned PhD graduates, and intellectual emigrants. I used 'UM' folder for University Managers participants, 'IE' folder for Intellectual Emigrants, and 'G' for returned PhD graduates. Regarding the survey data, it was gathered from graduates with different education background such as PhD, masters, and bachelors. 

I gathered the data after obtaining the Ethical Approval from the Colllege of Social Sciences Research Ethics Committee, Application No 400200068.

The interviews were conducted in three langauges: kazakh, english, and russian.
