Methods provided in Rex (2024) - PhD Thesis.

Samples were taken from the Lake Suigetsu "SG12" core and subsequently split for diatom (d18O) and biomarker (d2H) analyses.

Sheet 1 includes the resulting isotope data from these analyses, fully corrected as per the methods in Rex et al. (2023) and with corresponding errors,
and the concentration data from the biomarker analysis, including total lipid extract mass and n-alkanoic acid concentrations of relevant chain lengths. These values are normalised to dry sediment mass.
The lower (younger) and upper (older) age limits of each sample are also provided.
