This dataset contains:

.mat files are exported files (Ex,Ey,Ez and grid size) from lumerical simulation for the geometryshown in F1.a. for mesh grid 6 for TE and TM response for side gratings of period 197 and 140 respectively. The frequency in the name file indicates the resonance frequency for OAM=0.The data is then plotted as 2D polarized ellipses from the electric field."branchte" and "branchtm" correspond to the input fields for TE and TM excitation.
