This .zip file contains all the data related to the paper "Mid-infrared timing jitter of superconducting nanowire single-photon detectors" published in Applied Physics Letters (2022). Three folders are contained, the data is structured as follows: Folder: Jitter Six '.sdt' files containing the the output of the timing electronics in the Becker and Hickl format for the jitter measurements presented. Contained in these files is the raw histogram counts and the configuration parameters of the card. Please see Becker and Hickl website for details. A python library is avaliable for parsing this data (https://github.com/cgohlke/sdtfile) The filename is structured ' [FibreType]_Jitter_[Wavelength].sdt ' Folder: PCRs Six '.csv' files containing the photon count response of the device measured at different wavelengths. The first row contains measurement setup data - Trigger level used by counter and Bias resistor size. The filename is structured ' [Wavelength]_PCR.csv ' The data delimiter is ',' Folder: Spectra Four text files containing the output spectra of the OPO measured by the OSA. The format is wavelength in nanometers in the first column and power in milliwatts in the second column. The data delimiter is ';'
