Socio-economic inequalities within drug-related deaths and drug treatment expenditure in England, 2013 to 2019: an ecological study using routine data. This project was the thesis for student 2507575, submitted in Aug-22, for the degree: MSc Population Health Sciences. This data has been requested for storage for 10 years as a condition the ethics approval. This text file has been created to explain the files requested for storage. This project used 11 different data tables, which can be found in "data.xlsx" Explanations on the data, source and date downloaded can be found in the Notes tab of the excel file. Table 1 - Drug poisoning data by Local Authority Table 2 - The 2015 Index of Multiple Deprivation, Income domain, by Local Authority Table 3 - Official UK population estimates Tables 4-11 - The Revenue Outturn submissions for substance misuse, from 2020-21 back to 2013-14. Each table has the unique ID code for the local authority, the name of the local authority, then the variable described above. In addition, the project analysis was completed in R studio. Explanations into which version, packages, and code was run are included in the R file: "MSc Population Health Sciences Master R Script Final.R" The R code is commented to explain each of the 16 sections.
