The data is organised in folders, named after the figure number. The contents are of the following type: *.csv Comma separated values with a header; typically used for 1-D data (e.g. line plots). *.npz Compressed NumPy arrays with each array named after the panel in the figure (e.g. a, b, ...) or by the data name. The csv files may be opened in any text reader, while the NumPy files can be opened with Python using the NumPy package. In some cases, the NumPy arrays have been converted to 16-bit floats to reduce space. Details of the simulations, analysis methods, and data processing are described in the manuscript.
