The RHIT files can be opened and interrogated with the IVAS and AP Suite software packages avaliable from CAMECA.

Zip folders for Source data Figure 1-4 and Source data Extended data figure 1-8 contain all the raw source data and images used to generate the figures within the manuscript and can be opened with image visualisation software and excel.
