All figures were produced using Matlab 2018a (MATHWORKS)

Data in this repository take the form of MATLAB .fig files for figures 3-16 in the main text.

Data has been restructured from the original submission. The new data set includes 16 figures (where figures 6 and 12 have been added since the original submission). The folder also contains a movie in .mp4 format summarising the nonlinear dynamics of the model (corresponding to figures 6 and 12 from the main text).
