This folder contains data associated to the paper 
"Impact of experimental parameters on cell-cell force spectroscopy signature"

Folders contain experimental data associated to the 5 different experimental conditions described in the paper (as per the names of the folder).

Within each folder the data are organized in sub-folders, one per cell (these are cell-cell experiments; the "same cell" we refer here is the one attached to the cantilever, while the counterpart on the slide can be different).

Each single cell experiment is a set of force spectroscopy curves obtained with the JPK Nanowizard AFM. Here the curves are exported in txt format for easier access. Each file export contains all the relavant information on the experimental parameters (speed, setpoint, ...)
