The data in this dataset are arranged in four subfolders:

1) Bulk magnetic data from both FeRh samples.
2) TEM images and chemical analysis from cross sections and planar sections from both FeRh samples.
3) Raw segmented differential phase contrast imaging data, in the form intensity images from internal and external segments of the detector.
4) Raw Fresnel and small angle electron scattering from the HF-etched planar FeRh sample.
