This file contains the data underpinning the following manuscript:

* Anonymised patient identifiers

* Date of sampling

* Sample type

* PCR results

* Sequencing results from PCR positive patients

* Serology results from Microscopic Agglutination Testing (MAT) including reciprocal titres

* Duration of fever prior to presentation at the hospital

* Reported antibacterial use before presenting to the hospital (1/0)

* Outcome of case
