This dataset contains all the micrographs we used in our study (Single-particle measurements of filamentous influenza virions reveal damage induced by freezing) to assess the impact of various handling procedures on influenza virus filaments. All micrographs were taken in the czi format (see https://www.zeiss.com/microscopy/int/products/microscope-software/zen/czi.html#introduction).
The folders are structured as follows:
> The handling procedure we assessed (e.g. vortexing)
 > Experimental repeats (three for each handling procedure)
  > Experiment conditions (e.g. 0 seconds of vortexing, 5 seconds, 10 seconds etc)
   > Micrographs (12 for each condition)
