Collection description

These files are associated with the paper 'A phylogenetic Gaussian process model for the evolution of curves embedded in d-dimensions' published in the journal Computational Statistics and Data Analysis.

Each of the two files contains an animation which displays the posterior means for the reconstruction at ancestral nodes D and E, displayed with the means of the original data. The files provide animated forms of Fig. 6 of the paper. The animations are in mp4 format. This can be read by a wide variety of display tools.
