The folder contains trained models, the test script and the retina pre-processed test data.
In order to make final_tests.py work you'll need to change the value of test_dirs and model_dirs to match with your own directory structure.

final_tests.py runs the evaluation of the three different models trained in this study. 

The study was completed in 2017. Python 2.7 and Keras were used.
