Biodiversity of kelp forests and coralline algae habitats in southwestern Greenland K.M. Schoenrock, J. Vad, A. Muth, D.M. Pearce, J.E. Shoenfeld, B.R. Rea, and N.A. Kamenos Diversity, 2017, vol: This data set was used to analyze the biodiversity of two types of marine habitat near Nuuk, Greenland; kelp forests dominated by Sacchrina longicruiris and rhodolith beds dominated by Clathromorphum sp. Data was collected (species abundance) using transects, quadrat photographs, and benthic grabs. Data also includes carbonate composition of rhodoliths in this region to determine carbonate storage in the beds.
