4DSTEM_FeRh_element.hdf5

The file contains nanobeam STEM diffraction data (acquired using Quantum Detectors MERLIN 1R detector) for each point in a 256 x 256 pixel scan.
The hdf5 format contains all of the diffraction data as well as microscope magnification data. 

The file can be opened by any package which will read the hdf5 file structure.
A suggested method for exploring the file contents is to use the libraries HyperSpy/PixSTEM(http://hyperspy.org/ and https://pypi.org/project/pixstem/) or fpd (https://pypi.org/project/fpd/) in Python.
