'sensitivity test DATA.xlsx' presents the data as plotted into the figure (std is standard deviation) the raw data files are named with the following rules: 'concentration in uM'_repeat.xlsx or .csv the concentration is in the form of 0-5 for 0.5uM Within each file the header - 'BT' is before test and represents the measurement of S12 before the reaction (background signal) - 'AA' is after assay and represents the final data after the amplification reaction. The frequency shift in Fig. 3B is the difference between the two values.
