Data associated with the publication entitled 
Visual detection of Brucella in bovine biological samples using DNA-activated gold nanoparticle

This dataset contains 3 .csv files (comma separated values): 
- ‘Fig2_UV-Vis spectra.csv’ contains the data for Figure 2a (UV-Vis spectra). The first column holds the wavelength (in nm), while columns 2-4 are the absorbance value for the different samples. The blank value is subtracted to the other measurements when plotting.
   
- ‘Fig2_IR.csv’ contains the data associated with Figure 2c (FTIR spectra). The first column holds the wavelength (in nm) and the second column the transmittance value. 

- ‘Fig3_UV-Vis_different-concentrations.csv’ holds the data for Figure 3a (UV-Vis spectra) in a similar way as for Fig 2. The columns are the absorbance for different concentrations of DNA in the sample.
