These data were generated by the finite difference, gas-MHD plasma interactions code described in the paper titled: Alfven ionization in an MHD-gas interactions code for publication in Physics of Plasmas 2016. Each subdirectory, one for each class of simulation presented in said paper and then further numbered subdirectories for each run, contains two things. 1. An input file "xxx.in" that contains the input parameters used in that run this can be used to check which run in the paper corresponds to which dataset. 2. The raw data output frome the code contained in several "xxx.out" files. From these the graphs and data products can be obtained. The data output of each run are stored in several seperate files, one for each fluid parameter differentiated by a two letter code. The data takes the form of matrixes of decimal numbers representing the numerical grid with the first and last rows and column being the ghost points. These matrices are stored in chronological order and the timestep they belong to is printed before each. Out of space requirements only every nth timestep is recorded. Where n is defined in the input file as "nprint". The fluid parameters are: bx: Magnetic field, x-component bz: Magnetic field, y-component pd: plasma density ro: gas density vx: gas velocity, x-component vz: gas velocity, y-component wx: plasma velocity, x-component wz: plasma velocity, y-component
