SPIM micro-PIV measurements

Zickus, V. and Taylor, J. (2016) SPIM micro-PIV measurements. [Data Collection]

Not all data is available to download from this page. Usually this is because the dataset is too large or it is restricted in some way.

Collection description

These files contain videos of a full 3D flow in the atrium of a ~3dpf zebrafish heart, using OpenPIV results with SPIM imaging. Phase bin size = 0.2, z_step size = 8 microns. The vectors are scaled to the square root of their magnitudes (and hence the real maximum velocity should be the square of the value shown on the colorbar). File 2D is showing a single plane (z = 48 microns) of the 3D video.

The raw dataset for these files is available on request by clicking the 'Request Data' button above. Details of the raw data can be found in the readme file.
